A strange woman (40+) was spotted today, Tuesday, 7th September, 2022 in IDP Camp Ortese as FJDP was carrying out routine protection services.
The woman who claimed to hail from Ogbadibo LGA was accompanied by a visibly hypnotized minor. When she was questioned, she wasn't coherent in her explanations.
