Day 3 Update:
Day 3 of our training focused on the critical aspect of establishing effective referral pathways and directories to address the multidimensional needs of survivors of SGBV and CEFM.
Participants actively engaged in discussions, exploring the complexities and challenges surrounding referrals for survivors. Through collaborative dialogue, they shared insights and best practices, aiming to develop comprehensive referral systems that encompass various services and support.
Understanding the multidirectional nature of survivors' needs, participants delved into strategies for seamless coordination between different service providers, including healthcare professionals, legal experts, counseling services, and social welfare agencies. The aim is to create a cohesive network that ensures survivors receive the comprehensive support they require.
By strengthening referral pathways, we enhance survivors' access to vital services and empower them on their journey towards healing and recovery. The training provided participants with the necessary knowledge and tools to effectively navigate and facilitate these essential connections.
