REQUIREMENTS
A potential supplier/contractor is one who possess a registered business, has a Tax Identity Number (TIN), has a Business Bank account, Complies with FJDP Terms of Reference, has Delivery capacity/lead-time and the ability to respond swiftly to Organization’s needs

A complete set of bidding documents can be acquired by interested bidders from our head office address: No. 2 Ahmadu Commasie Road, Demekpe, Wadata Makurdi from from 8:00am to 4:00pm daily (within the solicitation period). OR
The following annexes form an integral part of this invitation to bid:
Annex A. Technical Specification (provided by FJDP)
Annex B Technical Offer consisting of vendor company profile
Annex C Financial Offer/Form, provided by FJDP to be filled by vendor/company
Annex D Vendor Registration form to be filled by company/vendor
Annex E FJDP supplier code of conduct to be acknowledged by vendor by signing
Annex F FJDP’s General terms of contract to by acknowledged by signing
