In our customary manner, the FjDP team visited one of the Internally Displaced Persons Camps in Gbajimba to commemorate the International Day of the Girl Child with the IDP girl children. Our aim was to both educate them about the significance of the day and to celebrate their resilience and hope for a brighter future, even in the challenging environment of the camp.
The day was filled with immense excitement as the children were overjoyed to have the FjDP staff join them in celebrating this special day. The IDP children entertained us with some lively dances, and our staff gladly joined in the festivities. We conducted valuable psychosocial sessions, offering support and therapy to those in need.
Our commitment remains in our mission to improve the lives of these displaced individuals, striving to provide support and psychosocial therapy to these persons of concern.
