???? Day 2 Update:
During our ongoing training, we delved into the crucial role of CSOs and Leaders in preventing, mitigating, and responding to SGBV and CEFM. Participants were actively involved in thought-provoking discussions, with their insights forming the foundation for positive change.
Activity Highlight: Collaborative Idea Sharing
To maximize the collective wisdom present, participants were divided into three groups. Each group focused on exploring the unique roles that CSOs and Leaders can play in addressing SGBV and CEFM. This collaborative approach fostered diverse perspectives and innovative strategies.
TOPIC 2: Unlocking Legal Understanding
In another engaging session, participants immersed themselves in the essential concepts of law, including VAPP (Violence Against Persons Prohibition) Act, CRA (Child Rights Act), and more. By understanding the legal framework, we empower ourselves to effectively tackle SGBV and CEFM within the boundaries of the law.
The Power of Knowledge and Collaboration
Through these enlightening discussions, participants gain a deeper comprehension of the legal landscape and the position of the law regarding SGBV and CEFM. Armed with this knowledge, CSOs and Leaders are better equipped to drive impactful change, protect survivors, and advocate for justice.
Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to strengthen our collective efforts in combating SGBV and CEFM.
