FJDP welcomed a distinguished delegation from Save the Children, Nigeria today, greeted by both the Admin Manager and the Programme Manager. The purpose of their visit was to foster engagement following the submission of our application for funding and partnership support. Excitingly, FJDP emerged successfully through the initial selection stage.
Taking charge, the Programme Manager presented the organization's mission, vision, policies, and ongoing projects. The interaction was comprehensive, with valuable insights provided by FJDP staff across various departments.
Expressing gratitude, the Save the Children Nigeria team commended FJDP for its well-established structure and impactful work in Benue and Akwa Ibom states. During the discussion, identified gaps and challenges were acknowledged, with a commitment from the SCI team to fortify the organization in those areas.
Heartfelt thanks to Save the Children for this opportunity and the promise of a deeper partnership, poised to enhance services for displaced children in Benue state.
