FJDP Nigeria continued its compassionate effort by distributing food items at the IDP Camp in Nepa Quarters, Makurdi, Benue state.
These vulnerable IDPs, displaced from their ancestral homes, find refuge in incomplete buildings where hunger prevails.
Today's distribution reached 600 households and 1,800 individuals, including the elderly, those with special needs, lactating mothers, children, and pregnant women.
The IDPs expressed surprise and immense joy for this display of love, as they have been grappling with starvation in their current circumstances.
Thanks to the support of Hungary Helps - Magyarország segít, FJDP was able to provide a substantial amount of food items, bringing smiles to the faces of those who have been struggling without enough to eat. Grateful for this gesture, the IDPs extend their heartfelt gratitude.
