FJDP, in collaboration with UNHCR, has initiated a vital needs assessment and profiling effort within the IDP camps of Makurdi, Guma, GWER West, and Logo local government areas in Benue state.
The people UNHCR serve are currently enduring challenging living conditions, with many lacking adequate shelters for rest. The situation is particularly dire during the rainy season, as makeshift tents offer insufficient protection, leading to health issues among the IDPs.
In response to this pressing concern, FJDP have initiated a comprehensive needs assessment and profiling initiative. The primary goal is to create a healthier and more comfortable living environment for these displaced individuals by providing them with improved shelter solutions.
We extend our sincere appreciation to UNHCR for their support and partnership in this endeavor. Together, we are dedicated to helping these PUS and creating a positive impact on their lives.
