In respect to the forthcoming Gubernatorial & State Assembly elections, Caritas Nigeria were in Benue state to set up a situation room in Gboko.
The Team led by the Deputy Executive Secretary, Caritas Nigeria Revd Fr. Peter Audu Babangida had a stop over at FJDP Makurdi where an interactive session with the election observers under the Catholic diocese of Makurdi was held. Personal experiences at Polls were shared by the observers.
Fr Peter appreciated the observers and further encouraged them to do their best so as to ensure the transparency of the electoral process come Saturday 18th March 2023
